New Vampirella Painting "Sitting Pretty"

This is my new Vampirella painting "Sitting Pretty". Here is a step by step of how I painted it. I had to stop each time and put the painting on my scanner. Sometimes I would get too caught up and forget, and I would be like oh no! I have to scan this! If you were sitting here watching me paint you'd probably fall asleep because it takes so long. It took me about two days to paint this. This was recently bought on Ebay.

I first draw a sexy pose and transfer it to the gessoed paper board. I paint the night sky blue and then the costume red.

I darken the sky and slowly begin to paint the skin tones using light washes of color. I paint the hair and the boots.

I darken everything adding more detail, building up layers of color. Then I paint the stars and the moon.

Batgirl Paintings

Here are my Batgirl paintings I've sold. It was inspired by those girls who have paint applied to their bodies and it looks like they're wearing lingerie. Her costume looks almost like it was painted on.

T-Shirt Designs

These are t-shirt designs I worked on. It involved tracing art or converting pictures to line art, then printing to film. They're from years ago when I was working at a screenprint shop.

A Few Commission Artworks

I've done around fifty commission paintings and here are a few of them. The size of these are 8 1/2" x 11" and they are custom character Lamia, Emma Frost and Red Sonja. The client wanted his character Lamia to be Kristen Kreuk from the t.v. show Smallville.
